We take great pride in curating a thoughtful selection of high-quality fabrics and materials. In order to set accurate expectations and ensure your satisfaction, please review the following important disclosures regarding our products:

• Color Representation. We make every effort to accurately represent the colors and textures of our fabrics through our photography. However, fabric colors, sheens, and tones may appear differently depending on your monitor, screen calibration, device display settings, and ambient lighting. We strongly encourage customers to order swatches where available prior to committing to a larger purchase, particularly for color-sensitive projects.
• Measurements & Quantities. All fabric is sold by the yard or meter, as indicated on each product listing. Stated measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of woven and knit textiles. Minor variances in cut length (typically within 1/8 inch) are considered standard in the industry and do not constitute a defect.
• Product Availability. Fabric availability is subject to change without notice. Due to the handcrafted, small-batch, and artisan nature of many of our offerings, certain fabrics may be limited in quantity or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee continued availability of any listed product.
• Custom & Pre-Cut Orders. Custom cuts, pre-cut fabric bundles (including fat quarters, charm packs, and similar curated cuts), and any orders cut to a customer’s specifications are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure accuracy in your selections before submitting such orders.
• Quantity Limitations. The Butterfly & Red Sparrow reserves the right to limit the quantities of any product available for purchase per customer or per household. We also reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors without prior written agreement.

4. Pricing & Payment

We are committed to transparent and fair pricing practices. The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through our Site or in-store:

• Currency & Pricing. All prices listed on our Site are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price in effect at the time of your order placement will apply to your transaction.
• Payment Due at Time of Purchase. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not offer in-store credit accounts or deferred billing arrangements unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Methods. We offer a selection of shipping options at checkout, including standard ground shipping and expedited shipping services. Shipping method availability may vary based on your location and the contents of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Estimated Delivery Times. All delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on carrier workload, geographic location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.
• Risk of Loss. Risk of loss and title for all products purchased from The Butterfly & Red Sparrow pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the shipping carrier. Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, it is in the carrier’s care, custody, and control.
• Lost or Delayed Packages. The Butterfly & Red Sparrow is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been accepted by the carrier. However, we understand how frustrating these situations can be, and we will make every reasonable effort to assist you in locating your package or resolving the issue with the carrier on your behalf. • International Shipping. For orders shipped outside of the United States, the customer is solely responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. The Butterfly & Red Sparrow has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay customs duties or accept delivery does not entitle the customer to a refund of product costs or original shipping charges.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. We stand behind the quality of every fabric we carry and want you to feel confident in your purchases. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before ordering:

• Return Window. We accept returns on eligible items within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
• Eligibility Requirements. To be eligible for a return, fabric must be unused, uncut, unwashed, and unaltered in any way. Items must be returned in their original condition, folded or rolled neatly, and free from any odors, pet hair, stains, or damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
• Final Sale Items. The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
  • Custom cuts and any fabric cut to a specified length at the customer’s request
  • Pre-cut bundles (fat quarters, half-yards, jelly rolls, charm packs, and similar)
  • Sale items, clearance items, and items purchased using a promotional discount code
  • Notions, tools, threads, patterns, and sewing accessories
• Return Shipping Costs. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a wrong item was shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
• Exchanges. Exchanges are accepted subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is no longer available, we will issue store credit or a refund at our discretion.
• How to Initiate a Return. To begin the return process, please contact us at info@butterflyredsparrow.com within the 14-day return window. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 to 3 business days with further instructions. Please do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization from us.

7. Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change. The following terms govern the cancellation of orders:

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations. You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet entered the processing or fulfillment stage. • Orders Already Shipped. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the standard return policy outlined in Section 6 will apply. The customer will be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.
• Cancellations by The Butterfly & Red Sparrow. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, items that are out of stock or discontinued, pricing errors, or inability to verify payment. In the event that we cancel your order, you will receive a prompt and full refund of any amount charged, and you will be notified via the email address associated with your order.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations of liability apply to all transactions and interactions with The Butterfly & Red Sparrow:

They are sold “as-is” in the sense that we do not warrant suitability for any specific commercial, industrial, medical, or safety-critical application. It is the customer’s responsibility to assess the suitability of any material for its intended use.
